Wow what a powerhouse of a chart. Jamie Oliver is the celebrity cook who has made millions while also helping to improve the quality of school dinners, and give unemployed youngsters a chance to get on their feet in his 15 restaurants.
He's got Mars in Aries (= brash, dynamic, highly competitive) opposition Pluto (= ruthless, driven). Pluto also opposes Jupiter in Aries (= pushy, successful, not given to social niceties if they get in the way of winning). Mars sextiles and Pluto trines his Gemini Sun so he's constantly on the go and can be short tempered (Sun Mars), likes being in control (Sun Pl) and is good at multi-tasking (Gemini). His Sun also opposes Neptune and a Sagittarian Moon's North Node so he can be vague, a dreamer though well connected to the zeitgeist and his Neptune is well aspected by a trine to Mars (= like showbiz publicity and pzazz) and a sextile to Pluto (= big dreams). He's also got a great many cardinal planets (= initiative in abundance) with Jupiter in Aries square Saturn and Venus in Cancer so he hates failure (Jup Sat) and did not have an altogether happy childhood (Sat in Cancer) which is perhaps what drives him to help disadvantaged kids in his 15 businesses. Plus Uranus in Libra and probably a Capricorn Moon (= needs to succeed to feel loved). He has no fixed planets at all so is better at starting new projects and keeping constantly on the move, rather than digging into one project for the long haul.
Interestingly he has a retrograde Pluto in his chart and it went direct when he was 22 which was when he started to make it big with his first Naked Chef TV series after which the world fame, more TV series, book and advertising deals started to roll in.
He'll have his ups and downs - Saturn squares his Neptune and Sun through this year. And Saturn Uranus and Pluto aspecting his Mars Pluto from 2011/12 will no doubt take their toll with a minor blip in his success. But he won't stay down for long. Pluto picks up his Jupiter mid next decade and indeed the Mars/Jupiter before then so he's got that trampoline quality which always bounces back with something new.
