Peaches Geldof - triple conjunction in Capricorn From: Marjorie. (23 Jul 2008 08:56): The 19 year old daughter of Bob Geldof and the late Paula Yates has been increasingly hitting the headlines with her erratic lifestyle, the latest being a collapse from a suspected drug overdose, hastily denied by her family as being the result of a dieting problem.
She''s a highly emotional Sun Venus in Pisces with a Water Grand Trine to a Cancer Moon and Pluto in Scorpio - so she''s awash with sensitive feelings which will tend to make her withdraw into her own fantasy world. Plus she is one of the Saturn, Neptune, Uranus conjunction in Capricorn who are highly strung.
Her father Bob Geldof is an airy, communicative detached Venus, Mercury, Saturn, Sun, Neptune in Libra with only one planet, Uranus, in a water sign. Thus is not by temperament well designed to understand his daughter''s highly emotional responses to life. The first response of air signs to any situation is to step back to think; water signs instantly feel and become self protective; fire signs fly into impulsive action; earth signs do something practical. Plus Peaches'' triple conjunction in Capricorn squares his Libra planets which puts them at cross purposes.
Her mother, Paula Yates who died of an accidental heroin overdose was a Taurus Sun opposition Neptune, perhaps why she chose the escapist route through addictions. Her Sun also trines Saturn and Pluto so she had a tendency to depression, always feeling an outsider.
Peaches is having an unsettled emotional year with transitting Uranus conjunct her Venus accompanying a split from her boyfriend. Next year Uranus conjuncts her Sun which hints at a major change of direction though perhaps also more disruptions in her life. She then faces a few challenging years of transitting Pluto conjunct Uranus, Neptune and Saturn from 2010 onwards.
The Capricorn Triple conjunction generation can be chaotic though also touched with genius if the energy is focussed (depending on house position). The New Zealand teenager hacker, Owen Thor Walker, whose exceptional skills brought him notoriety and a criminal court case recently and probably a future career in the Internet Security business is one. He has Asperger''s Syndrome (mild autism) but also a highly developed intuitive talent for computing - which certainly fits Uranus Neptune (inspired scientific discoveries), Uranus Saturn (innovative), Saturn Neptune (a worrier though also visionary). The positive outcome of the triple conjunction can be highly valuable but it does cause psychological stress so has to be well contained.
